As a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, I am well-acquainted with the community and its distinctive character. Alongside my partner and sister, Cathy Kahn, we bring a combined 46 years of residential real estate experience and 26 years in banking to our clients.

Our extensive expertise ensures exceptional service, in-depth market knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and sound advice to guide clients through each phase of the real estate process. We are committed to maintaining clear communication and assisting clients from initial consultation through closing.

My background in home staging allows me to effectively prepare properties for market, maximizing their appeal and facilitating timely, profitable sales. I specialize in showcasing, pricing, and marketing homes, and have established a proven record of achieving superior results for sellers.

Building enduring relationships is central to my practice. My dedication to client care extends beyond individual transactions, resulting in the majority of my business originating from repeat clients, family, friends, and referrals.

Outside of real estate, I am actively involved in community engagement, serving as President of the Rudee Heights Civic League and volunteering with local organizations such "Everheld," which supports foster children, and participating in initiatives like #DoGood Community Day. My prior service includes roles on planning councils and homeowners association boards within the community.

In addition to my professional and civic commitments, I enjoy outdoor activities along Rudee Inlet, oceanfront biking, boating, music, and spending quality time with my family.
